Many have asked for information on paying by check. It is listed under payment on the online registration form:

NO PO's will be accepted. An invoice can be printed on the confirmation page for your school office. Please print and mail your personal information when you mail your check.Registration is not complete until the check is received.

When you register, follow the online link and choose to pay either by credit card or by check. Your district can send in the check for you but you will need to include a copy of your information sheet from the registration portal.

  • Late/Onsite price of $ 165.00 starts on 3/7/2015 12:00 AM

If you pay by check, remember you are not officially registered until Barbie James, the conference registration chair, has received payment. In order to qualify for the early bird registration of 130.00, payment must be postmarked by the 2/21/15 deadline. If payment is postmarked after the 2/21/15 deadline, the conference participant will owe the standard conference price of 150.00.
After the 3/7/15 deadline, participants can still register online or onsite when they arrive, but will be expected to pay the onsite registration fee of $165.00. Luncheon tickets will not be available for those who register the last week or onsite.
In the event that a personal check is returned for insufficient funds, the participant will be notified of the insufficient funds and will be given a deadline by which to send a cashier’s check to cover the funds. If further action is needed to secure the funds, the participant's school district will be notified of the situation.
